Argbolus (“Argbolus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Orlando, Florida, United States, provides the Space Stars mobile game (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.

Argbolus does not require you to create an account or log in, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, postal address, contacts, photographs, precise location, microphone recordings, or other information that you submit through the Game.

Your game progress and locally maintained scores are stored on your device. Argbolus does not operate a server that receives or stores this local game information. You can remove locally stored game information by deleting the Game from your device.

If you use Apple Game Center, the Game may submit scores and related gameplay information to Apple so that Game Center features, including leaderboards, can function. Game Center may associate this information with your Apple Account or Game Center profile. Apple processes this information under its own privacy policy and settings. Argbolus does not receive your Apple Account credentials.

The Game is free and displays non-personalized advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Although the ads are configured as non-personalized, the Google Mobile Ads software development kit may automatically collect or receive limited information when an ad is requested or displayed. Depending on the device, region, SDK configuration, and available features, this may include:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location;
• device identifiers, such as app- or developer-scoped identifiers;
• advertising information, including ads shown and interactions with advertisements;
• product interaction information, such as app launches, taps, or video views;
• performance and diagnostic information, including app launch time, responsiveness, energy usage, and non-user-related crash logs; and
• device and network information needed to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Space Stars does not display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request and is not intended to access Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Argbolus requests non-personalized ads. Google and any advertising providers involved in fulfilling an AdMob ad request process information under their own policies and applicable privacy controls.

Information processed through Game Center and AdMob may be used to:

• provide Game Center score and leaderboard functionality;
• deliver and display non-personalized advertisements;
• measure ad delivery and interactions;
• maintain and improve the reliability and performance of the relevant third-party services;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Argbolus does not sell personal information. The Game communicates with the following service providers only as needed for the described features:

• Apple Game Center: to submit scores and provide leaderboards; and
• Google AdMob: to request, display, measure, secure, and support non-personalized advertisements. Depending on how AdMob fills an ad request, Google may use approved advertising technology providers or demand sources.

These providers are expected to protect information in accordance with their contractual obligations, published policies, and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; protect users, the public, Argbolus, or third parties; or investigate fraud, security issues, or violations of applicable terms.

Argbolus does not maintain user accounts or a database of personal information collected through the Game. Locally stored game progress and scores remain on your device until removed by the Game, the operating system, or deletion of the Game.

Apple and Google determine the retention periods for information they process through Game Center and AdMob, respectively. Requests concerning information held by those providers should be submitted through their privacy tools or contact channels. You may also contact Argbolus at the address below, and we will respond to requests concerning any information under our control as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may:

• delete the Game to remove locally stored game data;
• manage Game Center through your Apple device settings;
• use the privacy and advertising controls made available by Apple and Google; and
• contact Argbolus using the email address below.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Argbolus will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Space Stars is offered to a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. Argbolus does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through accounts, forms, or user submissions. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Argbolus, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Argbolus uses reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Game to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Apple and Google maintain security measures for information processed through their respective services.

The Game is available worldwide. Apple, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. The relevant provider’s privacy policy describes its international data-transfer practices and safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The updated policy will display a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method when required by law.
